An item is missing from my order.

Depending on what you've ordered, we may partially fill your order if we have some items in stock and then send the rest when it arrives from the manufacturer.  If that's the case, we'll update the notes accordingly in your order history under My Account.  Please confirm that the item missing was indeed ordered and, if so, look at the notes to see if we partially fulfilled your order.  If we have an ETA when the backordered item is due to arrive, that will be noted in your order history as well.

If you've confirmed the item was ordered, the notes state that everything shipped, and you did not receive the order in it's entirety, please open a ticket or call us at (585) 310-ADVM so we can track it down right away.
