Warranties

Many of the products we carry have written warranty policies from the manufacturer.  Some of the products we import and distribute do not have specified warranties, but the manufacturers are happy to help resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis within the first year of ownership.  For products with no warranty policy specified, we handle all the legwork and logistics for you with the factory.  We'll need digital pictures of the concern, and (typically) will need you to send the product back via a trackable method.  Transport to us is at your expense and if the product is approved for warranty repair or replacement, we'll ship it back to you on our dime.  

If not otherwise specified by the manufacturers warranty policy, we'll repair or replace any components which fail in normal use at no charge for parts and/or labor.  Depending on the issue, we may opt to send the parts to you to effect the repair, particularly if it is a fairly straightforward fix.  Failures caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, or non-standard alterations or repairs, as well as consequential damages, will not be covered.

The good news is that truly defective merchandise is rare, and defects that show up after extended use generally aren't defects.  If you find yourself dissatisfied after using a product for awhile, please tell us why and we’ll do our best to make it right. 

Please note - warranty support for the products we carry is limited to the original purchaser of the product purchased through ADV Motorrad.
