Can I change or add to my order?

It's possible, but it depends on what you ordered, the time elapsed, and the order status.  Pre-orders for not-in-stock items can usually be changed if our monthly order has not been submitted to the manufacturer.  If it has, it may be able to be changed, but it will probably delay the delivery date.

If the order is an in-stock item, we try to ship things as fast as possible - often the same day, or the next business day.  An order status of "Complete" means the order has been placed and payment processed, but it probably hasn't left the shop yet.  If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size/color/shape/part and status showed as in-stock, your best bet is to give us a call at (585) 310-ADVM and we'll try to catch it before it goes out the door.

If your order status shows as "Shipped", it's left our shop and no changes to the order are possible.  Please contact us if you need to exchange an item.
