When will my order ship?
If the availability on the product page shows as "In Stock", your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days. If the order comes in early enough, there's even a chance it might go out the same day! If you have a high priority rush to receive an in-stock item, please add order comments to that effect or call us directly to place your order. We will advise you on shipping options to meet your timeframe and physically confirm availability of the part, as well as get it packed and shipped ASAP!
If the product availability shows as "Pre-Order" or "Out of Stock", the shipping date will be dependent on when we receive more stock from our suppliers. We aggregate individual customer orders and place factory orders with our suppliers typically on a monthly basis. Although we've seen parts arrive in as little as 30 days from the factory order date, we will usually set an expectation of approximately 60 days from order date (or longer, if the factory is backed up). We try to keep as much inventory on hand as is practicable (and available from our manufacturers), but there are often times when our suppliers have a tough time estimating arrival time to us. This is par for the course when dealing with niche suppliers that offer high demand / limited availability product.
If you have a specific timeline that needs to be met, please let us know at the time of order. We'll be brutally honest on what we think the chances are of being able to meet your expectation and, if we can't, offer other suggestions to get you fitted out in time. We try to be as accurate as we can with estimates for delivery, but availability from the manufacturer has often led us to be wildly conservative and/or wildly optimistic. Please know that we want to get your order shipped to you just as badly as you want to receive it. We follow up with our suppliers regularly for updates and any info we can get is passed along as it becomes available. No news doesn't necessarily mean no progress....it just means we don't have any updates yet to pass along.
The fastest part of the process occurs once your order arrives at our shop in New York. We can typically get a large shipment inventoried, repacked, and on it's way out to you in 2-3 business days from when it arrives. Pre-orders take first priority and are packed and shipped out by order date, with oldest ordering first
