If you live in New York, yes - our sales tax rate in Monroe County is 8%.  We don't charge sales tax on out-of-state purchases.  International purchases may be charged duties or tariffs by local Customs, and we recommend you investigate prior to ordering if this is a concern.  We can provide you with the harmonized tariff code your parts will be exported under (typically 871410 - Motorcycle Parts and Accessories - Other) and country of manufacture to get an accurate estimate.
