How much is shipping?

Domestic and international shipping can be calculated by adding the item you're interested in to your shopping cart, clicking the Shopping Cart link at the top right corner of our website, selecting the Estimate Shipping & Taxes option button, and filling in the requested info.  We ship most smaller items via USPS, although may default to UPS if it ends up being the same cost and it will arrive sooner.

For larger items such as pannier systems, we ship UPS Dimensional Weight Ground.  You can calculate the shipping amount using the same process above, and more often than not, any small accessories can be added without increasing the shipping cost (assuming we can fit them in the same box).  Due to the value, all pannier systems ship signature required, so you'll want to ensure you send it to an address where someone can sign for the package (or setup with UPS MyChoice to authorize a signature release).  For pannier systems shipping to Canada, please contact us about options - we can ship directly via UPS Standard or USPS Priority International, and have also had good success shipping to border mail depots.

For international orders, our system will calculate shipping cost assuming the package fits within the receiving country's weight and size limitations.  We typically ship USPS and strongly recommend Priority International Express service as it has much better trackability and speed to delivery.  Priority International is also a good option, although it will take a bit longer.  First Class International is offered if you want to minimize shipping costs; however, trackability is poor and delivery times can be as long as 60-90 days.  It's the lowest cost option for a reason, and will always recommend Priority service despite the increase in cost.  Just a heads-up - local Customs fees, duties, tariffs, and any and all taxes are not included in our shipping costs....the cost is for the postage only.

Finally, although a rare request, please don't ask us to ship on your carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) account.  We haven't done it often, but every time we have, it's been exponentially more hassle due to billing confusion by the carrier.
