The product I ordered is missing parts.
It's possible we've partially filled the order (i.e. shipping pannier racks if requested while waiting for panniers to arrive). If this is the case, you can verify under in the order history located in the My Account link. If the notes don't reference a partial shipment and/or the manufacturer left out parts that should've been included, please call us at (585) 310-ADVM or open a ticket and we'll get you squared away.
